I have 10+ years experience of tutoring English Language andLiterature. I work in particular with secondary school aged students, helping them to excel in their GCSE and A-Level Exams.

I tailor my teaching to my students’ needs (100% of my students surpassed their base grades by at least 2 grades at GCSE).

I teach course content in a way that encourages students to develop their own critical thinking and original writing style a key factor required to achieve Level 9 in GCSE Language and Literature

I believe that the groundwork for GCSE examinations are laid during KS3 (Yrs 7-9).

Both my KS3 and KS4 courses are designed to help students attain Grade 9 in English Literature and Language.

the skills to write and deliver persuasive speeches of Grade 7-9
standard.

comprehension questions about speeches/arguments.
Wider Non-Fiction Writing (4 weeks)
Gives students the skills to write informative texts, personal
narratives, reviews, reflections and critiques of Grade 7-9
